Manages camping & cabin reservations, answers phones, & provides assistance to public; excellent customer service skills required. In absence of Front Desk Supervisor, supervises employees & acts as manager on duty as needed. Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, & holidays. Lodge Cook, Position #: 22143417, Mt. Magazine State Park, Paris, AR, Salary: $24,065, Closing date: 4/29/2016. Prepares orders from a menu for individuals and groups, prepares buffets, and assists with ordering supplies. Monitors food prep and storage for quality, temperature, portion control and appearance. Inventories supplies, checks deliveries, and assists with the cleanup and daily maintenance of the kitchen area. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and some holidays. Free van transportation to the Lodge available for some shifts. Full benefit package.
