<p><strong>Reflection Point</strong></p><p>Project supporters and organizers gathered to give thanks while the Reflection Point cross was being installed Monday on a bluff north of the city near Glover-Daniels Road. The 125 foot tall by 30 foot wide cross is the focal point of Reflection Point, a project that began with a Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast announcement in 2011. Constructed of 36-inch pipe but without guy wires, the cross project cost about $150,000. Praying are Booneville Mayor Jerry Wilkins, Ruby Gartman, David Hardin, Shirley Young and Keith Olsen.</p>
