Arthur Paul Moore

Arthur Paul Moore, 85, of Paris, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 in Paris. He was born July 22, 1928 to Arthur John and Emma (Wasson) Moore.

He was a truck driver and a member of the Teamsters Union and was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

He is preceded in death by brothers, Johnnie Moore, Wasson Moore, Alvin Moore and Ralph Moore; sisters, Lorene Wann, Verna Stewart and Mary Ester Hossman; and his parents.

A funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m., Thursday, July 10, at Roberts Memorial Chapel in Booneville, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Booneville, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

He is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Campbell and husband Mark of Bismark, and Rhonda Cravens of Hot Springs; one son, Arthur Wendell Moore and wife Beverly of Paris; seven grandchildren, Kyle Moore, Kristy Best, Sarah Campbell, Margaret Campbell, Ryan Moore, Brooke Guthrie and Ella Campbell; and two great-grandchildren, Anniston and Chanley Moore.

Family visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Wenesday evening at Roberts Funeral Home.
