Burl Ray Duvall, Jr.

Burl Ray Duvall, Jr., 59, of Barling, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014 in Fort Smith. He was born Dec. 17, 1954 in Russellville, to Burl Ray Sr. and Wilma (Mackey) Duvall.

He was a retired car salesman and was a member of the Healing Place in Fort Smith.

He is preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Duvall; a brother, Jimmy Duvall; and his parents.

A memorial services is scheduled for 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 28, at the Trinity Pentecostal Church in Magazine. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Carla Duvall of the home; two step-daughters, Summer Dawn Koons and Cassie Terra, both of Booneville; one stepson, Randy Dewayne Roper of Booneville; sisters, Barbara Collins of Russellville, Patsy Millner of Dardanelle, Dana Althouse, and Debbie Simpson of Russellville; brothers, David Duvall of Lamar, and Eddie Duvall of Magazine; five grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
