J.C. Woodliff, 86, of Booneville, passed away Oct. 23, 2013 in Booneville. He was born Nov. 14, 1926 in Kennett, Mo., to Jewel and Julia Woodliff.
J.C. was retired from the Ace Comb Plant. He attended the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He served in the Air Force during World War II and the Korean War. J.C. liked to spend time doing electrical work, fishing and collecting coins.
He is preceded in death by his sisters, Estelle Van Allen, Leneal Woodliff, Lucille Hall and Eula Jo Tillery.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Booneville, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home of Booneville.
He is survived by his former wife and companion Marjorie Woodliff; stepdaughters, Glynda York and Sharron Denny; brothers, John Woodliff and George Woodliff; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
