Louis “Tootie” Lee Napier

Louis Lee “ Tootie” Napier, 52, of Booneville, passed away Sept. 12, 2013 at his home in Booneville. He was born April 28, 1961 in Paris to Louis and Elizabeth Ann Napier (Young).

He was a carpenter and loved working with horses and making rodeos. He spent time doing artwork and working with leather. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Magazine and the Fraternity of Eagles.

He is preceded in death by his father, Louis Lee Napier; grandparents, Lowell and Helen Carpenter and Jack and Virginia Napier; uncle, Harry Napier; aunt, Sarah Jane Ramsey; and nephew, Ethan Napier.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at First Baptist Church of Magazine with burial following at Lick Creek Cemetery, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home of Booneville.

He is survived by his mother, Ann Young of Booneville; sons, Josh Napier and wife Sarah of Greenwood, Jon Brock Hise and wife Sabrina of Van Buren and Trey Napier and wife Amber of Van Buren; daughter, Mia Dale Napier of Muldrow, Okla.; brother, Andy Napier and wife Lisa of Booneville; sisters, Debbie Napier of Mansfield and Ronda Young and husband Randy of Booneville; grandchildren, Kayley, Kylie, Kynli, Bonnie, Allison, River and Anna Lee; several nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Napier, Heath Lunsford, Casey Lunsford, Trent Goff, Jeremy Ryan, Bobby Halford and Edward Payson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Holiday Napier, Carson Holt, Deacon Lunsford, Ty and Dax Goff.

The family will visit with friends from 5-7 Friday evening at the funeral home.
