Wanda Lucille Wilkins

Wanda Lucille Wilkins, 85, of Siloam Springs, passed away April 17, 2013, at her home. She was born March 23, 1928, in Booneville, the daughter of James Joseph Organ and Malta Opal Crockett Organ.

She grew up in Booneville and lived in Moseley, Okla., for eight years, as well as Tulsa, prior to moving to Siloam Springs in 1968. She was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church, Siloam Springs.

She was preceded in death by her husband, E.L. “Pete” Wilkins; and six brothers, Joe Organ, James Organ, David Organ, John W. Organ, Charles Organ, and Clarence Organ.

A funeral service was held Saturday, April 20, at Wasson Memorial Chapel in Siloam Springs with burial following at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs.

She is survived by two daughters, Lou Ann Noll of Siloam Springs, Lawanna “Ony” Banning of Fayetteville; one grandson, Aaron Noll and wife Tara, of Siloam Springs; one granddaughter, Emily Kellison and husband Dustin of Colcord, Okla.; five great grandchildren, Madison, Skyla, Cheyenne, Dustin, Jr., and Gauge; one brother, Ralph “Bud” Organ of Booneville; three sisters, Dorothy DeLay of Douglasville, Texas, Monica “Necie” Lairimore of Booneville, and Barbara Robertson of Booneville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
