<p><strong>Literacy Grant</strong></p><p>On Monday, July 13, the Altus Sunset Rotary presented Ginger Powell, Director of the Franklin Logan County Literacy Council with a check for $1,500. This money is from a Rotary grant for workbooks, testing materials, teacher’s manuals and tablets. It is through funds like this that the Literacy Council and continue to offer free instruction to literacy seeking adults.
