<p><strong>Fishing Derby</strong></p><p>The Booneville Cumberland Presbyterian Church held its 2nd annual youth fishing derby on June 24. Church officials thank the youth who participated and officials and youth also want to thank the following for their contributions to the derby: Booneville Pawn, Walmart, Penjamo Restaurant, Rock’n Robin’s, Eddie’s Trading Post, Bearcat Restaurant, A-1 Pawn, O’Reilly’s, Shears and Wiggin’s Ace Hardware.</p>

<p><strong>Successful Reunion</strong></p><p>The BHS Class of 1974 celebrated their 40 year reunion on June 27 and 28 in conjunction with the annual Booneville Homecoming. Forty-four classmates and their guests attended the two-day function. Classmates enjoying the weekend events pictured were (front, from left) Chuck Organ, Matha Burwell Rogers, Sharon Phelps (Class Sponsor), Terry Bradshaw Conyers, Sharon Raggio Lynch, Gayle Partain Hartigan, Susan Thomas Kendall and James Mullins.
