<p><strong>8 Decades</strong></p><p>Friends and relatives are invited to a party to celebrate Bill Wagoner’s 80th birthday to be held from 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 30, at the First United Methodist Church, 355 North Broadway in Booneville. The party will be hosted by his wife and children. Bill has requested no gifts.</p>
