<p><strong>No Injuries</strong></p><p>The driver of this 2014 Ford Focus told a Logan County Deputy Sheriff she swerved to miss a deer on the west side of Highway 23 Friday morning near Brownsville. The vehicle was south bound and inside were two passengers, one a 7-year old girl — all refused medical treatment — when the vehicle struck a culvert sign and travelled down the steep ditch.</p>
